Dental Assisting and Radiology Learn the basic skills necessary to work as an entry-level dental assistant. Review dental anatomy, terminology, restorative materials, infection control and chairside techniques. Prepare for the Dental Assisting National Board's Radiation Health and Safety certification exam. CEUs issued. $1,532 includes $707 fee. Prerequisite: High school diploma or GED. Co-requisite: OPA 334 Career Development for Dental Assistants. Note: 90 percent attendance is required. English as a Second Language students must earn a composite score of 310 or better on the Level of English Proficiency exam, or successfully complete Capstone Level ESL coursework.
