Kimchi and Pickling Explore the kimchi tradition as it started in Korea. Learn to make different kinds of kimchi using the traditional and quick methods. Understand the fermentation process. Create Asian pickles and make quick pickles with scraps of vegetables. $71+ includes $29 fee. Note: Students are required to wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
