Food Art and Showpiece Designs Review food art mediums, with an option to complete a project. Mediums may include chocolate, sugar, pate' morte', pastillage, tallow and/or melon carving. $237 + includes $57 fee. Prerequisites: Current HRM 227 Showpiece and Chocolate Work student or industry experience with sugar and chocolate work. Note: Students must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
